Something a little different, we have designed a beautiful dress with an incredible ruched section over one arm. This top has one sleeve in a cold shoulder style that has a flared split feature at the cuff an a beautiful gathered panel that goes from under the opposite arm across and over the shoulder. This fabric is loose and can be moved around if you prefer it over your shoulder or across your arm. With ruched detailing up the side of the top this creates beautiful gathers across your body making you feel super comfortable, you can gather this more or less to make as short or long as you like.
